Hello doctor, My son is 1 year 4 months old, and he is getting rashes like these on his neck since past 3 days. On the left you can see the first rash which appears to be scaly after 2 days, and the second rash is being seen since morning. Is it a skin condition or it is because of sweat? Or some kind of allergy? Or is it completely normal for rashes like these to appear in toddlers?

Swatee DasMom of 2 children1 month agoA. Hello it may be due to dryness or mosquito bite or your baby may scratches with nails . As it is winters please give full clothes to wear and use a good moisturizer like Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Lotion. It absorbs quickly and moisturize baby's skin upto 24 hours. But if it increases please consult with your pediatrician.
