Hello Doctor, Suddenly these rashes developed on my 6 year old Hand and feet Please advise is it normal sweat rash or anything else

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. It’s looking like a fungal infection you can apply candidate be ointment regularly on that area which is what is going to be good you can apply four times in the day and hopefully you will see become light over
