please help am a breastfeeding mom of 1.7 yrs baby caught cold and throat infection need a safe medicine..thanks in advance

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. take febrex Plus tablet for the problem Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

In fact, your breastmilk carries antibodies that your body is making to fight the infection. These same antibodies can help your baby too.
