A. Hello mom Now you are babies nine months old so you should definitely start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective in losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get better results. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and proteins in your regular diet plan it will help in losing weight fast.
