A. Dear parent, weight of 6.9 kg is ok for 9 months old baby. For healthy weight gain and growth, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You should give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal. Continue to breastfeed.

A. Hello dear parent! It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion and triples by one year completion. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil for better skin health. Good luck and take care.
