please give me a diet for my child for this winter.

A. Hello! Include winter special seasonal fruits and vegetables in your child's meals. Add dry fruits, nuts in her meals make ladoo, chikki, halwa out of nuts. Add root vegetables like yam, sweet potato, carrot in the form of soup, halwa, sabji in her meals. Include dals, green leafy vegetables, eggs in her meals.

A. Vegetables and fruit. Whole grain foods such as whole grain pasta and bread, oats, barley and quinoa. Protein foods such as meat, fish, poultry, dried beans, peas, lentils, nut and seed butters, tofu, eggs, milk, yogurt, cheese and fortified soy beverage.
