Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi you should consult your pediatrician. at home , please keep your child well hydrated. give water at regular intervals ,or give liquid diet like Coconut water , fresh fruit juice , buttermilk, soup, etc more. but please don't force feed your child.
