peeing 4 times in a day for a 4 month old baby is normal or not... if not then what should I do

A. Please make sure that your baby passes urine for atleast 6-8 times in 24 hours. Please feed your baby on demand. Symptoms of dehydration : dark and smelly urine, lethargy, 6 hours or more without passing urine, dry lips and a parched mouth, increased thirst etc.
