A. this is definitely not good if your child is passing urine for just 3 or 4 times a day I would suggest you to please monitor the frequency of passing of urination apart from this also keep a close eye on the diet of a little one as I am assuming that you might be breastfeeding or formula feeding your child please make it a point that your little one gets proper intake of milk in case it still continues for a day more please consult with your pediatrician.
