# Pediatrician Hello Doctor, my 10 months old boy is having cold from yesterday. 'Am giving him Maxtra drops. In the morning he had light yellowish accumulation on the eye which I have cleared with cotton. Later, on due to cold he had water drops came from the right eye & that is the reason why light swelling under eye is observed. Just wanted to show you & seeking advice. Thank you.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. there is a possibility that cold might cause infection in the eyes but if it is not improving please meet your doctor for any type of eye drops which might be needed to decrease the infection
