Past 4 days ago i take 10 citizen table know i feel dizzy, headache, bodypain and sleepiness all day what should i do because I can't go outside for consultation because I don't want let anyone know about it

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 days agoA. 10 tablets are day I mean you are not supposed to take more than three in a day and also I don’t know how what reason are you hiding this that you are taking these tablets I am really not understanding anything but if you continue to take these tablets it’s actually going to damage your immune system and other issues are also going to increase or are going to take birth because these medicines are not meant to be taken on a regular basis for such a long time and in such a huge number
