Passing lemon yellow stool is ok? Also motion Smells bad. Please tell ne what to do

A. child is not having any complaints do not worry it occurs many times due to the milk products You will get more guidance and information regarding this from your treating doctor. A. If It is smelling really bad then you should get it checked for any infection once because the colour seems normal but if the smell is extremely bad or foul then sometimes that can be a signal for an infection in the stomach
