avoid stress as it can increase hair fall.
use mild hair care products and oil hair before shampoo
avoid using Harsh hair treatments and styling
protect from Harsh weather and sun

Nihita mittalMom of a 8 yr old boy5 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to have lots of protein rich diet for this apart from that I would recommend you to also go for deep conditioning or hair spa whenever it is possible for you it will help to reduce problem to some extent
