Dr Rashmi SriramMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi small pimples on scalp can be acropustulosis of infancy. It is normal cutaneous changes in infancy. It settles with age. There is no extra treatment required

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi parent, good morning Mostly these kind will disappear on its own don't worry It will usually go on its own. Just monitor and check. If I doesn't disappear or if it spreading you can see your doctor. Its good to Leave skin free to heal faster. Don't apply lotions or creams or anything for few days as it may worsen sometimes
