A. Hi, Babies skin colour goes through a lot of changes when they are growing. Please use soaps like Himalaya or Pears, am not so sure about Mysore Sandal Soap as may not be appropriate for babies as they are just perfumed. Mama Earth and The moms co have some toxin free products you can try. As home remefy apply a little besan and malai mixture before giving bath to the baby for 5 mins it helps with complexion.
