ovee 2yrs 4 months usually is constipated. plz suggest.

This shows lack of fiber and fluid in the body. Try giving soaked raisin in the morning to baby by adding in milk or just mashing it.
Give fiber rich food like oats eggs mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree etc and fluid like water, coconut water etc.
