Hi My eight months old baby usually gets constipated. Suggest remedies

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. constipation is quite common mostly till 1 year of age. Try to add some veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate. give sipes of water after each solid feed. Give Tummy Massage in clockwise direction.

Offer your baby a small amount of water or a daily serving of 100 percent apple, prune or pear juice in addition to usual feedings. These juices contain sorbitol, a sweetener that acts like a laxative. I suggest you to choose a good brand for your little one like this brand is most trusted by mom's please
