Q.

#asktheexperts my seven months old usually gets constipated since she has started solids( from six months). please suggest

A. as the baby start with solids it will take time to get used too and digest.. keep baby well hydrated.. add fibre to baby foods as papaya pear apple sapota .. give curd daily for good digestion..
