#asktheexperts my baby get constipated often now she is seven month old and her weight 6.5 kg .I have started complementary feeding

Hi See in the beginning of the seventh month you can start with complimentary feeling so that’s absolutely fine because you are saying that your child is having constipation issues maybe you’re not giving giving sufficient amount of water along with the food to increase the amount of water in fibre rich diet
