Q.
our boy is 7 months 7 days old. initilally 20 days back, we started feeding 1 time in the morning with homemade cerelac, from last 3 days we started evening too. after morning feeding he is good, but he vomits completely after every evening feeding. He is active and no fever no any other symptoms. we are unable to catch the reason.please help us

8 AM-ragi porridge
12 PM-any vegetable Purée
4 PM-any fruit purée
After that you can continue breastfeeding. Once baby complete seven-month you can start dinner like rice and dal porridge. No need to repeat again. And make sure the home made porridge is made with plain ragi. Try to avoid dry fruits as they are heavy to digest.
Avoid salt, sugar, honey, citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year.
