ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear mum, to prepare homemade cerelac, take 3 parts of washed and dried rice and one part dal. dry roast it , powder and store it in an airtight container. then this powder can be roasted with ghee and then cooked with water to which mashed vegetables can be added or can cook with milk.

you can prepare cerelac with different pulses and nuts.
for that ,first wash all pulses(tuvar dal ,mung dal , chanadal , masoor dal etc ) separately.
then let them get dired in sunlight atleast 2 or 3 hours.
now roast dal and nuts separately until they get crispy and nice aroma comes out from it.
let them cool down at room temperature
grind a in corase powder in mixture
take out powder in air tight container
