Our baby while breathing there is sound (gur gur) I'm not getting it because of a cough or cold.... Dr suggested to use syrup (attached file) is it ok . or should I make any changes (we r at rural area)

A. it is for the fever. Running nose and cold cough may be a sign of any viral infection . May be due to seasonal changes . Just steam as a home remedy along with montair lc and ascoril for cough and cold may be used .
