Q.
our baby is 146 days old, 1. shall we start giving complimentary foods. kindly recommend best food for her. 2. is it necessary to check her height and weight every month? 3.when should we give 6month vaccination, should it br after 180 days?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to start complementary feeding only after completion of 6 months of age and not before that and it is advisable to go for growth checkup at least once in 2 months and the vaccination for six month vaccine will come at the end of 6 months of age of the child
