#asktheexperts what food do you recommend for my 1 year 2 month old baby boy? What to include and what foods to avoid?

A. after age of 1 year it is important to follow the following points . and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml. you have to give at least one katori of rice product 1 katori of dal product 1 katori of wheat product and 1 katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child. z you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child. you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help xin improving the weight of the child.

You should avoid junk food Maggi bread biscuits these are the things you need to avoid and specially Maggie these days people start giving Maggie to the child from an early age and junk food also that’s what you need to avoid totally and when it comes to giving food give everything that’s healthy and made at home that you and your family are consuming
