Our baby boy is 11 months old. He got injury on 31 Dec 20 on his upper lips. It seems that the thin tissue between upper lips and upper gum got teared. It was bleeding and some times later bleeding was stopped. If the respective tissue got teared is there any way to rebuild. Please suggest.
