Only oil in my baby panty ,he is 3 years old ,oily stool for last 2-3 days i noticed …he use to eat dry fuuts n 4-5 kaju katli daily

No it’s not because of the dry fruits because you are a name is not giving too many dry fruits to the child it’s better to conduct a stool test for the child with that report will be at least knowing what is the reason and if there’s anything that you need to take care of you can actually move ahead accordingly
