one year old my baby water is coming from one right eye.And eye is sticky when she wake up in the morning pls suggest eye drops for my baby

A. dear mum , it can b infection of the eye which is causing watery n sticky eye it xan b due to viral or bacterial infection this needs medical assessment based on which correct drops can b suggested
