One of my twin babies holds his body very tight. He doesn’t keep his hands legs free while taking feed or taking bath. Otherwise he plays very freely. Do we need to worry?

A. Hai good morning !! Baby age and reaching milestone development as per age ?? Few gestures ,reactions ,body movements while we hold ,feeding ,massaging are usually observed as babies are twins always along with his co - twin ,mother touch might be trying to hold. But if you observe frequent shivering,movement of hands,legs ,any delay in reaching milestone then need to check with Doctor.
