one of my kid is of 14years and he is getting his height and getting totally thin as he has not improved his diet what to do?

Oh well in the growing is suddenly when puberty hits kids can take a lot of height in one go and especially with boys suddenly start to look lean so this is the time we should introduce more of proteins to the child that is going to help in maintaining a balance into the growth of your child
