Q.
on the left side of my breast the mil secretion is good..bt on the right side it is not at all secreting bt im lactating on both the sides regularly only.. how to secret the milk on the other side

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. make sure that you take at least 2.5 litres of water per day and even if the milk is not coming make the baby to suckle on it because that itself might initiate the milk production

I advise to massage the breasts with coconut oil which help to stimulate milk glands.
try to offer plenty of breastfeeds from that side.
drink plenty of water.
