Nowadays some red spots occur on the face of my baby...what to do in this case.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Use calamine Lotion regularly on to the face of your child it may have become due to heat rashes which is why your child is having these pimples every now and then so you can definitely start applying calamine lotion regularly
