Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination.you should always consult doctor for proper medicine because it is onlyg after clinical examination that proper treatment would be suggested and weight is important to decide dosage do not selfmedicate Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

Atogla cream you can apply as of now this is a good option for the issues associated with a red rashes or small small temple they come up on to the body and specially face so you can apply all the sings regularly two times in a day to give you a better result
