Eat well rest well try to do thousand steps per day stay away from stress and anxiety or any kind of negative emotion and if you are having a little bit of fear of your delivery and we understand the process of delivery everything is just going to be good eat well and enjoy your time because after that you would be an honour restriction for almost 40 to 60 days
