now my weight is 110 kg. how can I reduce my weight ?

A. hello you need a well balanced food in the diet and also you should be doing walking and excercise daily and a combination of cardio is also good and you can also be doing yoga ir zumba which are effective fitness form that can help to reduce your weight and keep you healthy and fit
