Give a well balanced healthy diet and keep your child hydrated all through the day. Avoid outside foods. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, ragi, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Speak to your child’s doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
