Q.

As per height measure , after one year Ideal height should be 75 cm while my daughter's height is 73 cm , any suggestions ?

A. its normal only Height baby gain height 4cms per months for first 3months and thereafter 2 cms per months till 6months of age.  Baby may achieve height 73 -76 cms at 1yrs of age and  85-88 cms at 2yrs of age.   93-97 cms at 3yrs of age.  100 -105cms at 4yrs of age.  105-110 cms at 5 yrs of age

A. Don't worry, Whole grains, dals, and pulses are a good source of protein, iron and vitamin B. All of these nutrients promotes the development of a child and boosts his/her metabolism. If you want to increase your child's height, then include dals, and pulses in a daily diet.
