as during teething phase kids feel itching in gums by the erupting teeth they tend to put everything in mouth which leads to stomach infection and loose motions so please try to maintain proper cleanliness of the objects used by your child to prevent such problems.

Maintain hygiene
Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment if there is fever or loose motion
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation stay hydrated
Give adequate feeding
