need to know the meal plan for my 1 year old fyi he is alergic to dairy products

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You can give three full meals to the baby and snacks in between. Give eggs and chicken to the baby. You can also give chicken soup to the baby. Give lots of green vegetables to the baby.
