Hi Now you can give all soft solid home cooked foods to the baby Include 2 to 4 meals a day like rice dal ghee mashed ,khichadi ghee mashed, potatoes mash, banana mash, upma, idli mashed in sambar, vegetable chilla, paratha, anjeer mash, ragi porridge, fruit smoothie, vegetable soup
