RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Look from the age of nine months onwards we just suggested to give all the family forced to a child whatever the whole family is eating plus good amount of proteins of your choice vegetarian and non-vegetarian both would be given to the child
