Hello Doctor .. please share some information on vitamins and diet for pre pregnancy

A. hi during pregnancy include good protiens like dals, eggs, chicken, paneer, soya, tofu, curds include a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well with liquids sleep well

A. Hello dear, you can include some homemade soups of various vegetables, coconut water, lemonade in your diet..Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables..because they have the best vitamins and minerals
