Q.

Name a vitamin tablet can be taken by breast feeding mothers. For immunity and tiredness. Muscle pain. Also iron and calcium tab?

A. Yes of course you can start taking a multivitamin during breast feeding the baby there is no problem at all and you should eat a healthy and nutritious diet and drink plenty of water
