namaste Dr...Mera baby 1 yr 9 mnth ka hua ....kafi time se breathing me problem honi start huyi ..Dr ko dikhaya unhone ... budecort..levovin 0.31 start Kiya ..theek hua..par yeh problem iski fir ho jati hai..abhi bhi hoti hai lekin thoda kaam hoti hai...sirf nebulizer krte h..aur khansi bahut hoti fir isko sath me..main bahut pareshan rehti hu ki kaise theek honga..

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expehiictorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
