Q.

Mydaughter is one year six months old. She only eats limited food, avoids vegetables and dal. She is having constipation issues. Please help.

A. if there is constipation give plenty of liquids along with high fibre in the diet which ris very important things to be avoided which causes constipation like milk banana and maida then consult the doc
