#AskTheExpert My daughter is 2 year and 6 month old and is very selective in eating inspire she is active and energetic. She eats curd rice cookies more of the time and avoids green vegetables and completely avoids spicy food. How could I introduce more vegetables and little spice in her food for normal eating habit? Is this stage is common in children?

A. yes you can start work adding little spice in baby foods as a pinch of jeera ,.. slowly and gradually try to develop the habit.. to add vegetables you can give dal with vegetables, vegetables cutlet, stuffed parantha as aalo parantha, paneer parantha, vegetables soups..
