Q.

my wife weight is now 105kg after her pregnancy she wants to loose weight our baby is now 8month old n baby drinking milk so how she loose her weight plz suggest any solution for her

A. to loose weight diet correction n physical exercise is important.. with determination. give plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. give her healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eating high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods walking daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.
