Q.

my wife pregnancy completed with 9 month and her haemoglobin is 10.0 gms%. could you please let me know she is in risk or normal with blood

A. no need to worry the hemoglobin is adequate for delivery Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

A. Serve iron-rich foods. When you begin serving your baby solids — typically between ages 4 months and 6 months — provide foods with added iron, such as iron-fortified baby cereal, pureed meats and pureed beans. For older children, good sources of iron include red meat, chicken, fish, beans and spinach.
