My weight is increasing day by day after delivering baby.it’s been 2months of postpartum.what to do

A. Hi, This happens with many moms. some of the reasons are less sleep and stressful life. To avoid this try the following 1. have a excercise routine 2. Try to get 5 to 6 hrs of sleep atleast every day 3. push baby carriage or walk for atleast 30.mins 4. eat less calorie more fiber rich food. 5. if the weight still keeps increasing visit a doctor for some tests.
