Workout and diet and also if you want you can go ahead with following intermittent fasting if you can manage that intermittent fasting can be done for 12 to 16 hours it really gives very good results and that you don’t have to do a basic died but you have to control certain proportion of the food that you are having and certain things if you give a black sugar and all that that’s going to be good
