need help for reducing weight

A. dear mum, for reducing your weight, you should eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing foods and beverages, processed packaged foods. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast. Have good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes of exercise daily
